Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Document business and functional requirements, business rules, user stories, and epics.
• Analyze business processes across multiple business units.
• Understand and document data requirements for banking products and assess downstream impacts.
• Create data lineage documentation and support data governance development.
• Act as SME for banking product data and support data consumers and dev teams.
• Collaborate with developers to document existing infrastructure and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in banking or large consulting
• 5+ years in Agile Scrum or Kanban environments
• 3+ years documenting requirements for REST-based banking API platforms
• Strong understanding of Spring, databases, and Java development tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities; translate business needs into requirements
