3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Enterprise IT Infra, Cloud, Networking, or Cybersecurity.
Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Business Analysis practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder mgmt skills.
Experience with Generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI Agents, Copilot, Azure OpenAI).
Knowledge of IT Infra, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Networking, Cybersecurity, ITSM.
