Business Analyst (Big Data)

📋 Description

• Collect and formalize business requirements from internal teams
• Translate needs into structured docs, data logic and specs
• Design analytical solutions like triggers, batches, dashboards
• Define data mappings, transformation rules and end-to-end flows
• Build and validate datasets from multiple sources
• Support development teams with requirements and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex requests
• Proven experience writing clear functional and technical documentation
• Solid SQL skills and experience with large datasets and ETL
• Experience with Big Data platforms such as Apache Hadoop, AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with streaming/pipeline tools like Apache Kafka is a plus
