📋 Description

• Lead strategy and transformation workstreams for financial services clients.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders; translate needs into requirements, processes, EPICs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in business analysis, strategy, transformation, or consulting within financial services.
• Experience leading elicitation, workshops, and sessions with senior executives.
• Strong understanding of transformation strategy, operating models, roadmaps, and process
• Experience developing business cases and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build trusted relationships across business
