Business Analyst –Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to inventory systems, data usage & endpoints.
• Assess data sensitivity across units, systems, processes.
• Analyze data flows to support risk assessments & migration planning.
• Identify critical systems for VDI or secure data management.
• Document current and future data storage and access models.
• Develop migration roadmaps and change management considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Admin, or related.
• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst, with data governance or security focus.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments; multi-platform data flows.
• Familiarity with VDI concepts (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Strong stakeholder interviewing and requirements gathering.
• Ability to develop use cases, business cases, and exec-ready docs.
