Business Analyst –Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to inventory systems, data usage patterns and endpoints.
• Assess data sensitivity across units, identifying high security risk areas.
• Analyze data flows to support risk assessments and migration planning.
• Identify critical systems and high-risk storage for migration to VDI or secure data management.
• Document current and future data storage, access and usage models.
• Evaluate solutions including VDI and access controls; recommend options per use case.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst, with data governance, sensitivity assessments, or IT
• Experience in complex enterprise environments; analyze data flows across units.
• Familiarity with VDI concepts (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
• Strong skills in stakeholder interviews and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop use cases, cost-benefit analyses and executive-ready docs.
