Business Analyst – Government  Regulatory Programs

📋 Description

• Translate government and regulatory requirements into customer-facing and agent-facing business
• Analyze business processes and document requirements for compliant technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Product, Operations, UX, and Technology teams.
• Define customer journeys and agent workflows to support compliant experiences.
• Work with Product Owners and Technology teams in Agile development cycles.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet objectives and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and facilitate cross-functional meetings
