📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document detailed business and tech requirements.
• Analyze processes, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Investigate workflows and data across legacy systems; document specs.
• Create and maintain functional/design docs and diagrams.
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Support UAT, testing, and implementation preparations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with business processes for software projects.
• 3+ years with Texas RBDMS Oil & Gas regulatory system.
• 10+ years in elicitation, client mgmt, tech documentation, and reviews.
• Extensive experience with interactive sessions, workflow/root-cause analysis.
• 5+ years analyzing legacy system workflow/root-cause issues.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
