Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Bridge business needs and technical execution in fintech SaaS projects.
• Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and specifications.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and ops to deliver features.
• Assist with API integrations and post-deployment monitoring.
• Prepare guides and demos for internal and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years in Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar.
• Experience in B2B/B2C software; fintech or SaaS preferred.
• Knowledge of business analysis, Agile, and project management.
• Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, wireframes using Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML
• SQL knowledge; basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
