Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support digital products and fintech solutions.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop user stories, use cases, specs, flows, and docs.
• Analyze market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with dev, product, sales, ops, and engineering teams.
• Support API integrations by coordinating with technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years as BA, PM, or similar product-focused role.
• Experience in B2B/B2C software, fintech or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of BA methods, requirements, PM principles, Agile.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Figma for specs.
• SQL with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge.
