Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support digital products and fintech solutions.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product delivery and feature implementation.
• Support API integrations by coordinating with technical teams.
• Participate in testing, launches, and post-deployment monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• At least 3 years as Business Analyst/Product Manager or similar.
• Experience in B2B/B2C software, fintech or SaaS.
• Strong BA methodologies, requirements gathering, Agile frameworks.
• Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, specs using Jira, Confluence, Miro
• Working knowledge of SQL; basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
