Business Analyst (middle/senior)

📋 Description

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support the development and enhancement of digital products
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with development, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure
• Support third-party API and SDK integrations by coordinating with technical teams and assisting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar
• Experience working in B2B and/or B2C software environments, preferably within fintech or SaaS
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, project management
• Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and functional
• Working knowledge of SQL, with basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
