🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Ops, CS Ops, or PM with data-driven decisions.
• Power-user with Product Analytics and DAPs (Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Gainsight PX).
• Read/write SQL and understand telemetry event schemas for SaaS/AI environments.
• Storytelling with data to drive actionable recommendations.
• Flexibility to align with US timezone three days/week.
