Business Analyst - Salesforce

📋 Description

• Hybrid role; work in office at Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA
• Collaborate with Sales Systems team to understand and document requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to shape requirements aligned with business/tech strategy
• Assist in planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects and system
• Create and groom user stories; translate business needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate system testing and support UAT, tracking issues to resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, CE or similar technical field
• 3+ years as a business analyst/implementation consultant/solutions architect for Salesforce
• 3+ years of declarative Salesforce development as an administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Admin certifications strongly preferred; CPQ or BA cert a plus
• Experience designing small-to-medium, complex Salesforce solutions; strong testing mindset
• Excellent communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
