📋 Description

• Contexte: join an agile squad working on high-value projects, hybrid role combining Business
• Organize, plan and run Agile ceremonies: daily, sprint planning, refinement, sprint review
• Ensure Scrum method is properly applied and team engagement.
• Lead Build and Run of squad products; promote autonomy, collaboration, and performance.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Operational pilot, reporting and stakeholder communication; manage sprint/backlog and deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in IT; several years of experience as a Business Analyst and in agile facilitation.
• Adaptability, curiosity, good communication, teamwork, organization, leadership.
• Ability to support and accompany the BA of the squad; interest in technical environments
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and strong pedagogical communication.
