• Proven requirements engineering: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization
• Facilitate interviews/workshops/focus groups with stakeholders.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, decisive.
• Current-state/future-state analysis and process modernization.
• Governance, enterprise architecture, project management, and SDLC familiarity.
