📋 Description

• Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, Finance, and related enterprise apps.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues; maintain system stability.
• Partner with global stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams on enhancements.
• Participate in implementations, configurations, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain system documentation and user materials.
• Monitor integrations and ensure efficient operation of critical platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting enterprise HR, Finance, ERP/HRIS environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS/ERP platforms, and HR/Finance systems.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and common office tools.
