🎯 Requirements

• CRM solutions experience with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering small to enterprise CRM implementations.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Experience leading agile, waterfall, and hybrid projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
