Business Change Manager (12- Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Lead and support adoption of change across transformation programmes
• Focus on people side of change, embedding initiatives with strategic objectives
• Drive engagement and adoption across processes, governance, systems, data, roles
• Collaborate with HR, communications, L&D and senior leadership
• Champion change readiness, align change delivery with benefits
• Develop human-centred change strategies to promote adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG) or equivalent
• Strong grasp of change management principles and tools
• Proven track record in end-to-end, people-centred change
• Experience influencing stakeholders across levels
• Skilled in workshops, stakeholder communications, and transition support
• Knowledge of organisational design and operating model change
