📋 Description

  • Deliver core TA processes aligned with SLA and client expectations.
  • Ensure quality of processes per compliance guidelines and regulations.
  • Ensure department complies with legal/regulatory requirements.

  • Train and coach team to boost engagement and progression.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proven track record in securities or funds services.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial position leading teams across processes.
  • Experience managing processes dependent on other locations.
  • Experience planning and executing changes to meet objectives.
  • Transfer Agent knowledge will be an asset.
