📋 Description

• We are hiring a Business Consultant for the RBCG Team.
• Contribute to consultancy on NEC RBCG products/services, data migration, and interfaces.
• Share knowledge and extend team capabilities through training and mentoring.
• Deliver consultancy and training on site or via webinar/screen share.
• Present/demonstrate solutions to delegates as required.
• Support product development and create user guides.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Revenues (Council Tax/Non-Domestic Rates) and/or Benefits (CTR/CTS, Housing Benefits).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving ability in demanding situations.
• Ability to work independently or in a team across multiple projects.
• UK Driving licence; willingness to travel as required.
• Desirable: experience with Interfaces, training delivery, customer engagement.
