Business Controller

📋 Description

• HYBRID position; minimum 2 days in the office per week
• Oversee accounting and finance operations; manage accounting, budgeting and forecasting, payments
• Develop or adhere to country/regional policies and procedures to conform to SGS Group Financial
• Partner with operations on capital investments, pricing, working capital and business plans to
• Collaborate with business managers to develop annual budgets and reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in commercial accounting and finance business support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication; solid analytical skills
• Experience in accounting process design, internal controls, and reconciliations
• Ability to manage KPI monitoring, variance explanations and early warnings

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 and bonus eligibility
