• Full-time role in Stockholm, Sweden, focusing on sustainable sales growth and profitability for
• Lead analyses on sales, customer behaviour and market trends to optimize the global assortment
• Mentor and lead a team to translate insights into actions that drive growth and value.
• Collaborate on vision, strategy, and timeline with the team leader and stakeholders.
• Support buying follow-up to ensure the right assortment mix and volumes.
• Balance top-down and bottom-up perspectives in controlling.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with pattern recognition and actionable insights.
• Leadership ability and strategic mindset.
• Sales acumen to identify customer needs.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Excellent communication, fluent in English (written and spoken).
