  • Native crypto market knowledge: understand KOL deals and what moves audiences.
  • Hunter sales mentality: self-source leads via events, Telegram groups, warm Rolodex.
  • KOL and affiliate management experience: multiple relationships, negotiations, fulfilment.
  • Stable Web3 tenure: 3–6 years in BD/partnerships in crypto with active contacts.
  • Geographic and community presence: based in a Web3 hub with access to conferences and Crypto Twitter.
