• Lead end-to-end commercial journey: identify opportunities, develop partnerships, manage merchant
• Grow payment processing volumes and expand market presence with high-value operators.
• Onboard new iGaming operators; collaborate with onboarding, integration, routing, and ops teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and establish long-term partnerships with key operators.
• Represent the business at iGaming conferences and industry events.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial experience in iGaming payments; strong network with operators and stakeholders.
• Experience with PSPs, payment gateways, acquiring providers, or iGaming operators.
• Deep knowledge of card acquiring, payment processing, routing, and alt payment methods.
• Track record in business development, merchant acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work remotely in an international, high-growth environment.
