Business Development Analyst II

📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of large, complex proposals, coordinating inputs across
• Own specific proposal sections, capability write-ups, or supporting analyses end-to-end, escalating
• Conduct research and analysis on prospective and existing customers, including market positioning
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate customer research, market analysis, and proposal
• Support day-to-day sales operations, including CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, reporting cadences
• Represent Vast in customer-facing settings, including calls, meetings, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in business development, sales operations, market/customer analysis, or
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills to translate technical or market information into
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools to support research, analysis, and content development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for direct customer engagement.
