Business Development Associate (Partnerships)

📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with pet and non-pet brands
• Own partnerships end-to-end: ideation to campaign execution
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships as primary contact
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
• Establish KPIs and track ROI for partnership outcomes
• Support scaling offline channels with reporting and logistics

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in sales, partnerships, growth marketing, or BD
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
• Strong communication skills and outward-facing role
• Analytical mindset; build simple business cases and ROI
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; know CAC and ROI basics
• Entrepreneurial and proactive; able to work independently
