🎯 Requirements

10+ years selling into or operating inside aerospace and defense manufacturing
Speak shop floor and flowdown natively: AS9100, first articles, ITAR, DFARS specialty metals
Have closed $1M+ production contracts or equivalent enterprise deals
Generate your own pipeline without marketing air cover
Are a US citizen based in the US (ITAR)
