Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify and target prospective retail partners within designated industries and regions.
• Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, visits) to engage decision-makers.
• Present Kafene’s financing solutions tailored to retailer needs.
• Develop and execute a robust plan to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies and market trends.
• Partner with account management to onboard retailers and ensure smooth handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, sales, fintech, retail, or B2B.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and financing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $80,000–$95,000 with OTE $150K–$200K.
