🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a similar financial services role, focusing on crypto and CFDs.
Proven track record with Introducing Brokers (IBs) or KOLs.
In-depth understanding of local markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and local language is crucial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
