Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, approach and sign new IBs and partners across the territory.
• Onboard partners with tools, materials and commercial terms.
• Grow IB portfolios to increase trading volume.
• Be the main commercial contact for partners and issues.
• Track partner performance, pipeline, activations and volume.
• Operate within regulatory and compliance frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in business development, partnerships or IB management in forex/CFD.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or partners.
• Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5 and IB commissions.
