🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services, focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing IBs or KOLs.
• In-depth understanding of local financial markets and regulatory environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
