📋 Description

• Shape FINN's defleeting operations at a pivotal lifecycle point.
• Design scalable defleeting processes to support rapid fleet growth.
• Balance damage impairment costs with customer revenue recovery and experience.
• Manage key internal and external stakeholders (OEMs, appraisers, hubs).
• Collaborate with Fleet, Customer Operations, Active Fleet, Vehicle Logistics & Stations.
• Set operational metrics and use data-driven insights to improve cycle times.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology & Management, Economics, or related
• Proven track record in high-performance environments (fast-scaling startup, VC, strategy
• Strong analytical skills with independent project management and bias to action.
• Excellent German (C1/C2) and fluent professional English.
• Nice-to-have: Automotive & Logistics knowledge; stakeholder management experience.
