📋 Description

Identify Tier-1/2 institutional prospects (market makers, funds).
Lead sales from cold outreach to closing.
Coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Ops for KYC onboarding.
Negotiate deals to boost on-platform liquidity.
Voice customer needs to Product/Engineering for API, security.
Represent firm at global institutional summits.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in BD or Institutional Sales in Fintech/Prime Brokerage/Web3.
Strong TradFi knowledge (derivatives, spot, lending) mapped to DeFi.
Experience with REST/FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and audits.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or crypto field.
Excellent communication for C-suite and Investment Committee.
