  • Identify and engage Tier-1/2 market makers, funds, OTC desks, and family offices.
  • Lead full sales cycle from cold outreach to contract closing.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Ops for KYC/KYB onboarding.
  • Negotiate deals to boost on-platform liquidity and TVL.
  • Develop VIP tiers and bespoke institutional support.
  • Represent the firm at global institutional summits.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in BD, institutional sales, or account management in Fintech/Prime Brokerage/Web3.
  • Strong understanding of TradFi instruments (derivatives, spot, lending, settlement) and DeFi.
  • Experience with REST APIs, FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and audits.
  • Advanced communication skills for C-suite and Investment Committee.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business or equivalent crypto experience.
