📋 Description

Drive institutional adoption of our platform.
Secure partnerships with hedge funds, market makers, asset managers.
Onboard institutional clients into the digital asset ecosystem.
Lead the sales process from cold outreach to closing.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for onboarding.
Negotiate deals to increase on-platform liquidity and trading volume.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in BD, institutional sales, or account management.
Experience in Fintech, Prime Brokerage, or Web3 Infrastructure.
Strong understanding of TradFi instruments and DeFi translation.
Ability to discuss REST/FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and audits.
Excellent verbal and written communication for C-suite.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
