  • Identify Tier-1/2 institutional prospects (MMs, VCs, OTC desks).
  • Lead the sales cycle from cold outreach to closing.

  • Negotiate deals to boost on-platform liquidity and trading volume.
  • Identify API integrations and sub-custody for TradFi institutions.
  • Develop VIP tiers with competitive fees and bespoke support.

  • 2-5 years in BD/Institutional Sales/Account Mgmt in Fintech or Web3.
  • Strong TradFi knowledge: derivatives, spot trading, lending, settlement in DeFi.
  • Ability to discuss REST/FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and audits.
  • Strong communication for C-suite and Investment Committee pitches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related crypto market experience.
