📋 Description

  • Identify and engage institutional prospects (Tier-1/2 MM, VC, OTC, family offices).
  • Lead end-to-end sales from cold outreach to closing.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for KYC/KYB onboarding.
  • Negotiate deals to boost liquidity, TVL, and trading volume.
  • Represent firm at global institutional summits (Token2049, etc.).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in BD/Institutional Sales in Fintech, Prime Brokerage, or Web3.
  • Strong TradFi instrument knowledge—derivatives, spot, lending, settlement; DeFi.
  • Ability to discuss REST/FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and smart contract audits.
  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication for C-suite and Investment Committee.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related crypto field.
  • Warm network of contacts within the crypto institutional space.
