Business Development Manager (Institutional)

📋 Description

• Identify and engage Tier-1/2 market makers, VC firms, OTC desks.
• Lead end-to-end sales from cold outreach to closing.
• Coordinate KYC/KYB onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Ops.
• Negotiate deals to boost on-platform liquidity and trading volume.
• Explore API integrations and sub-custody for TradFi institutions.
• Develop VIP tiers with competitive fees and bespoke support.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in BD/Institutional Sales or Account Management in Fintech/Prime Brokerage/Web3
• Strong TradFi knowledge: derivatives, spot trading, lending, settlement
• REST/FIX APIs, MPC wallet security, and audits
• C-suite and Investment Committee communications (verbal & written)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or crypto markets
• Experience explaining DeFi concepts to traditional investors
