Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
Provide regular reports on market trends and performance to senior management.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 year of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs).
In-depth understanding of the LatAm financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and local language is crutial.
Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
