Business Development Manager - Talent / Recruitment (AI ML, Fintech, Blockchain Ecosystems)

📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities in crypto, blockchain, AI/ML, and fintech.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment to align BD with company goals.
• Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue and market presence.
• Participate in 360 recruitment activities as needed.
• Track and report performance metrics to optimize BD activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in HK; hybrid work with a few onsite days.
• BD experience in recruitment; onboard 1-2 accounts or source 5-10 jobs/mo.
• Strong crypto/blockchain/AI/fintech market knowledge.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
