Business Development Manager - Talent / Recruitment (AI ML, Fintech, Blockchain Ecosystems)

📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities in crypto, blockchain, AI/ML, and fintech.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and potential clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment to align BD with company goals.
• Negotiate and close deals to grow revenue and market presence.
• Support 360 recruitment activities as needed to integrate with BD.
• Track and report performance metrics to optimize BD activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably HK-based for hybrid work; some onsite days.
• Proven BD/recruitment experience; onboard 1-2 accounts/month or source 5-10 new jobs/month.
• Strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, AI, or fintech markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets.
