🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a similar financial services role, crypto/CFDs.
Proven track record in acquiring/managing Introducing Brokers (IBs).
In-depth understanding of financial markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and local language is crucial.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
