🎯 Requirements

Min 3 years in a similar financial services role, incl. crypto/CFDs.
Proven ability to acquire/manage IBs or KOLs.
Deep understanding of local markets and regulatory environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and local language.
Bachelor's degree; MT5 familiarity.
