🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5–7 years in business development, fundraising, or partnerships
Proven success building partnerships that generate value
Experience engaging senior decision-makers
Strong project management and ability to handle priorities
Excellent relationship, negotiation, and communication skills
