Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Generate new business by prospecting outbound leads through cold outreach
• Collaborate across the Sales organization to set high-value meetings
• Partner with Account Executives to create new opportunities
• Support our EMEA team in a fully remote role
• Learn consultative selling and our outbound motion
• Help shape Zip’s sales process as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 6-12+ months or equivalent sales experience
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strategic thinker with solutions-first, adaptable mindset
• Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, ScratchPad, Gong, Sales Navigator
