📋 Description

• Conduct field medical visits with distributors to educate about Penumbra products.
• Plan and deliver hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital product training.
• Act as primary field support for distributor activities, aligning with strategies.
• Support product launches with distributors to drive adoption in key accounts.
• Gather and report market intelligence from the field to the Country Manager.
• Maintain effective communication with distributors to ensure consistent messaging and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field with 3+ years in Medical Devices.
• In-depth knowledge of the regional healthcare market and medical device industry.
• Experience delivering workshops or hands-on product demos in hospitals and with distributors.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians, nurses, and distributors.
• Ability to travel up to 70% across assigned region.
