Business Intelligence Associate (Chinese Speaker)

📋 Description

• Oversee BAU report delivery for China reporting within SLAs
• Design and develop new reports; implement change requests for China
• Build interactive dashboards and BI visualizations
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and QC
• Support BI revenue growth and identify opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of database concepts
• Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and validate data
• Ability to work under tight deadlines; willing to go the extra mile
