Business Intelligence Engineer

📋 Description

• Own analytics lifecycle: data acquisition, modeling, warehousing, reporting.
• Transform contact center data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, ops, and vendors to modernize reporting.
• Leverage AI features (Copilot, LLMs) to enhance analytics.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and governance processes.
• Forecasting, trend analysis, and executive reporting support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• 3+ years BI, data warehousing, analytics, or related roles.
• SQL Server, SSAS (Multidimensional/Tabular), ETL/ELT exp.
• Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Python/PowerShell/JavaScript for automation and data workflows.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, data modeling, governance.
