• Unblock Revenue: partner with delivery teams to identify blockers and drive them to resolution with

• Drive Product Velocity: convert blockers into product requirements and manage teams to ship on time.
• Run the Operating Cadence: support monthly reviews, weekly check-ins, and dashboards.
• Shape Company Strategy: improve Mercor’s market positioning across offerings and talent.
• Special Projects: handle high-priority initiatives across GTM, Finance, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in consulting, business ops, strategic finance, or related fields.
• A degree from a top school.
• Data analytics and BI tool proficiency; comfortable with numbers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with delivery, product, and leadership.
• Experience building metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
• Comfort in ambiguity and driving outcomes without formal authority.
